Prayers to the Great Physician:
Isaiah 53:4-5 “Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him. And by His stripes we are healed.
Heavenly Father, I come before you today in need of your healing hand. I ask that you would restore my health and renew my strength. I pray for complete healing of my body, and I trust in your power to make me well. I know that you are the great physician and that you are able to do more than I could ever ask or imagine. Jeremiah 30:17 “For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord…”
I ask that you would bless me with your healing touch and give me the strength to endure whatever challenges I may face. Please guide the medical professionals who will be treating me, and give them the wisdom and skill to do all that is necessary for my healing.
Help me to trust in your plan for my life, and give me the faith to believe that you are with me always. I pray that your presence would bring me peace and comfort during this difficult time, and that you would help me to find strength in your love. I ask all of these things in your holy name. Amen.

Prayers to God to Heal my Sick Body
Matthew 9:35 “Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.”
Heavenly Father, you know everything about me. You also know I am weary from the pain of my ailing body. Your son Jesus suffered physically. My pain is nothing compared to what he went through. So I come to you humbly asking for your healing touch.
I come to you today with a heart full of faith and a body that is in need of your healing touch. I ask that you would bring physical healing to my body and restore my strength and vitality. I know that you are the Great Physician and that nothing is impossible for you.
I ask that you would touch my body with your healing power and remove my sickness or disease. Bring comfort to any pain and discomfort I am experiencing. Help me to trust in your plan for my life and have faith that you are working for my good.
I also ask that you would give me the strength and courage to face any challenges that may come my way during this time of healing. Surround me with love and support from family and friends and give me the wisdom to seek the help of medical professionals as needed. Psalm 23:1-4 “The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
Thank you, Lord, for your love and care. I trust in you and give you all the glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
