Psalm 46:1–2 “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall.”
Father,
My anxiety is weighing me down. Today I come to You needing Your peace and hope more than answers and Your presence more than explanations. Fear competes for attention, uncertainty fills the air, and it’s easy for my heart to grow weary. The world feels loud, divided, and heavy. I know I can turn to you because you remain steady and unchanging.

Lord, my racing thoughts, the constant worry, and the fear of the unknown often leave me exhausted, and I need Your help. Please calm my anxious spirit and quiet the noise within me. Help me release the need to control what I cannot and trust You with every outcome. When fear tries to take over, remind me that You are near and that I am never facing anything alone. Teach me to breathe deeply, rest fully, and lean into Your promises instead of my worries. Give me strength for each moment, courage for today, and peace that surpasses understanding. Hold me steady when my emotions feel unsteady, and help me walk forward in faith, trusting that You are caring for me even now.

Calm my anxious heart, guard my mind, and help me trust You for hope even when the future feels unclear. Remind me that You see what I cannot and that Your plans are good. Teach me to walk in love, speak with wisdom, and rest in Your promises. Lead me by Your Spirit, strengthen my faith, and anchor my soul in truth. Remind me that You are still in control no matter what is see before me.
I place this day, and every concern, into Your faithful hands.
Isaiah 26:3 “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.”
