Prayer to Bring an End to Violence and War in the World:
John 16:33 – “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
Lord, it seems conflict worldwide is increasing, hindering our desire for world peace. We come before you today with heavy hearts as we see the turmoil and conflict happening in our world. We pray for peace and unity among all nations and peoples.
We ask that you would give wisdom and guidance to world leaders and that they would make decisions that promote peace and justice for all. We pray that you would bring an end to violence and war and that you would protect those who are suffering and in need.
We ask that you help us see one another as brothers and sisters, regardless of our differences, and that we learn to love and respect one another. Help us to put aside our pride and ego and to seek to understand and serve one another.
We pray that you will bless our world with your presence and peace and that you will bring healing and restoration to all who are in need. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
Prayer to Touch the Hearts of the World’s Leaders:
Luke 2:14 “Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”
Lord, today I come to you pleading for peace on earth for this day. It seems that the world’s nations have turned their backs on You. I know that deep in the heart of every man, there is a yearning for peace. That is the peace I’m praying for, that all men can live peaceably in their countries. I know that with God, all things are possible, and I see those who seem full of hate and fear, allowing God’s love to penetrate their very being, filling them with love, peace, and God’s guidance.
Your Word tells us that there will be no peace throughout this church age and beyond until the Lord Jesus Himself returns to set up His Millennial kingdom. In the meantime, I pray that we may take up the shield of faith and the sword of the Spirit, the Word of God, and stand fast on this evil day. With that, I pray the citizens can live peaceably with one another. Touch the hearts of leaders of countries. Remove all differences among countries. May the Prince of Peace be the guide in all treaties and negotiations.
I eagerly await the day Jesus comes to reign on earth as our heavenly King of kings, Lord of lords, and Prince of Peace. Then we will truly have peace on earth.

Prayer to Remove World Leaders Who Don’t Have Their Citizens’ Best Interest in Mind:
Isaiah 10:1 “Woe to those who enact evil statutes
And to those who constantly record unjust decisions…”
Lord, I come to you with a heavy heart. It seems as though there is so much chaos everywhere. My prayer today is for you to remove from power all those world leaders who aren’t ruling with their citizens’ best interests in mind. We hear the people of the world crying out. Please hear their prayers and rescue them from harm.
My ultimate prayer is that all leaders would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Soften their hearts and remove the blinders from their eyes. Remove all self-serving desires and bind the spirit of destruction. May all their actions be in the people’s best interest under their rule.
I pray this is an opportunity for believers to turn to you. I also pray believers go into the fields because the harvest is ripe, but the workers are few. Luke 10:2 May the Holy Spirit sweep the world, bringing revival to every household.

Prayer for the Innocent Children in Places of Unrest:
Matthew 18:10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.
Dear God,
We come to you with heavy hearts for the innocent children in places of unrest. We know they are facing unimaginable circumstances, and we ask that you surround them with your love and protection. We pray that they find comfort and hope during their struggles. I pray world leaders to lead with these children in mind. May the leaders make policies and decisions after considering how those decisions will affect innocent children.
We ask that you provide strength and wisdom to the caregivers and aid workers working tirelessly to support these children. Give them the resources they need to provide comfort and care and guide them as they seek to protect and uplift those who are most vulnerable.
Please bring an end to the conflicts and unrest that are causing so much harm to these children. We ask that you bring peace and reconciliation so that all children can live safely and securely.
We pray that these children will one day know a world filled with love, hope, and peace. Help us to work towards this future by taking action to support those in need and promote positive change in our communities and beyond.

Prayer for Intercessory Prayer Warriors in All Countries:
Ephesians 6:10-20 “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, …”
Dear Heavenly Father,
Today I want to thank all the intercessory prayer warriors worldwide. All countries are in turmoil. You know many are led by individuals who are leading in a self-serving way. Because of that, I know you are the only hope for these nations. Please give prayer warriors the boldness needed to come against the works of Satan. We thank you for the intercessors’ faith, devotion, and commitment to praying for their leaders.
We ask that you empower the intercessors with your boldness, wisdom, strength, and peace as they intercede on behalf of those in need. Grant them a deep understanding of your will and purposes so their prayers may align with your heart and bring about your kingdom on earth.
We pray that you would protect them as they engage in spiritual warfare and give them the courage and perseverance to persist in prayer, no matter their challenges.
We ask that you use these prayer warriors to bring your love, light, and hope to all the world’s nations. May they be a powerful witness to the gospel of Jesus Christ, and may many people come to know your saving grace through their intercessory prayers.

Prayer for Peace Among Families in War-Torn Countries:
John 16:33 “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
Dear God,
My heart is heavy with the thoughts of families in war-torn countries. Those countries, in particular, need your intervention. I ask for your mercy and guidance to help end the violence and suffering that has caused so much pain and displacement. Bring peace to these countries.
I pray for the protection and safety of all families affected by war and for your comforting embrace to those who have lost loved ones. I ask for your healing hand to touch the hearts of those who perpetuate violence and conflict and for them to see the value and sanctity of human life.
I ask that you bring leaders and nations together to work toward peace and that you inspire individuals to take action toward reconciliation and forgiveness. I pray that all those impacted by war will feel your divine presence and that they may find hope and strength in your love.
I trust in your infinite wisdom and compassion and that you end the suffering caused by war so that families may live in peace and harmony.

2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
Dear Lord,
The only hope for world peace is a worldwide revival of believers praying for citizens of the world. We come before you with humble hearts, praying for a worldwide revival among believers. We ask that you ignite a passion in our hearts for your word and kingdom.
We pray that believers around the world would be filled with your Holy Spirit and that they would be empowered to live out their faith boldly and unashamedly. We ask that you break down the walls of division and unite us as one body in Christ.
We pray that you will raise leaders who are passionate about your kingdom and willing to lay down their lives for the sake of your gospel. We ask that you equip them with wisdom, discernment, and boldness to lead your people. I pray you remove any leaders who aren’t leading their country to make it better for their citizens. May their hearts be touched, and they become a new creation in you.
Lord, we know that only you can bring true revival and peace. We ask that you move mightily, transforming hearts and lives and bringing glory to your name. We trust in your power and your faithfulness, and we look forward to seeing what you will do.

Dear Lord,
We come to you in prayer,
As we ponder on the news we share,
The arrest warrant issued for a leader so grand,
For war crimes committed on Ukraine’s land.
We seek your guidance and your grace,
As we navigate this world, in its constant race,
For justice and peace, we humbly pray,
That we may follow your will, in every way.
We ask that you speak, through the words of Christ,
And guide us through, in this world so unwise,
For Jesus, you walked among us, with love and care,
And showed us the path, in this world of despair.
You said to love our neighbor, as we love ourselves,
To care for the weak, and the broken-hearted elves,
To seek peace in a world, so often in strife,
And to live by your teachings, all through our life.
So we pray, for justice and peace to reign,
