Prayer for Fairness for All Citizens in My Community:
Psalm 106:3 “Blessed are they who observe justice, who do righteousness at all times!”
Jesus, you have watched as the elections in our country have become more and more controversial–dividing our country. I want to be a good steward of my voting ability. I praise you that I live in a country where our voices can be heard through the ballot box. I ask that you empower me to understand better the issues and concerns facing our city/state/country. I pray you show me the right candidate(s) who will lead according to Godly principles and work to build a stronger country.
In Romans 13:1 you tell us “Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.” I stand firm that you will hear our cry to put those in authority for the glory of your name.

Father, I also pray that You touch the hearts of all voters so that they look beyond the standard norms and vote according to Your guidance. Tradition is deeply ingrained in many of us. I pray that tradition is followed if it honors you and that it be tossed aside if it isn’t for the good of ALL citizens and the nation. Our country needs leaders that will represent all citizens. Blessed are the peacemakers.
Your Word is a lamp unto my feet. I pray that our elections are fair and that all citizens accept the results peacefully. No matter the results, I will continue to honor You as the ultimate authority and live according to Your Word.
By the power of the Holy Spirit, your will be done. Amen
Romans 2:11 “For God shows no partiality.”
Prayer for Those Conducting Elections in My Community:
Psalms 47:8 “God reigns over the nations; God is seated on his holy throne.”
Lord, you know our election system is broken. I petition you to raise up people willing to make the changes needed to ensure the voices and will of the citizens of my country are heard.

We pray that those running for office may be guided by honesty, integrity, and a desire to serve the common good. We pray that those responsible for conducting the elections may do so with diligence, impartiality, and fairness. Above all, we pray that the outcome of this election may honor you and bring about a more peaceful, just, and prosperous society for all.
Amen
2 Chronicles 7:14 “if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

Prayer for Peace at All Polling Locations:
Romans 12:18 “If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.”
Heavenly Father,
My heart is heavy with the division in our country. Our election system is broken, and the people are losing trust in having their voices heard. Today I pray for all polling locations as we go to the polls. As we prepare to exercise our right to vote, we ask for your guidance and protection for all those who will be participating in the electoral process. I pray that every polling location worldwide will be a place of peace, safety, and respect.
I ask that you calm any tensions and eliminate any threats of violence or intimidation that may arise. May everyone who comes to the polling stations feel safe, respected, and valued, regardless of their political beliefs or personal background.
Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
May our leaders and candidates be guided by wisdom, compassion, and integrity as they seek to serve our communities and countries. May they listen to the voices of all citizens, especially those who are marginalized and vulnerable.
I pray for a fair and just electoral process, free from fraud, manipulation, or undue influence. May every vote be counted accurately and without delay, and all parties involved accept the results with grace and humility.
Finally, I ask for your blessing on our world to work together toward peace, justice, and equality for all. May our hearts be filled with love and compassion, and may we always strive to create a better future for ourselves and future generations.
Amen.
Hebrews 12:14 “Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.”
Prayer for Voters in My Community to Be Informed of All Issues:
Deuteronomy 1:13 “Choose for your tribes wise, understanding, and experienced men, and I will appoint them as your heads.”
Father
I praise you for being a God of order. Throughout your Word, you make it clear your design is for an orderly creation. I am thankful my country has an election system where I can vote. I strive to be aware of the issues on the ballot. My prayer is for all voters to research the candidates and issues rather than vote based on the opinion of others. I pray all voters vote for the principles in your Word. May the power of the Holy Spirit guide their hearts.
Acts 5:29 But Peter and the apostles answered, “We must obey God rather than men.”
As we approach important elections, I ask that you guide and enlighten the minds of every individual who will be casting his or her vote. I pray that every voter will have access to reliable information and that they will take the time to study and understand the complex issues facing our society today. May they seek out different perspectives and consider diverse opinions before making decisions.

I ask that you give each voter the courage to stand up for their beliefs, even if it means going against popular opinion. May they vote with their conscience and be guided by their own values and beliefs. I pray voters select leaders who will lead with an understanding of Biblical truth.
We also pray that the media and other sources of information will provide unbiased and objective coverage of the issues. May they help voters to make informed decisions rather than manipulate or influence them.
Finally, I ask that you bless our country with wise and just leaders who will work toward the common good and strive to create a better future for all. May we all be united in our efforts to build a more just and equitable society.
We ask this in your holy name. Amen.
John 16:13 “When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.”
Prayer There is No Election Fraud in My Community:
2 Corinthians 8:21 “For we aim at what is honorable not only in the Lord’s sight but also in the sight of man.”
Lord
We live in a fallen world where some operate out of self-interest rather than honesty. We see this in some elections. I pray for a fair and just electoral process before you. I ask that you guide and protect our democratic process and help ensure no election fraud.
I pray that every vote cast is counted accurately and fairly and that every citizen’s voice is heard. May there be no manipulation, corruption, or fraudulent activity that would undermine the integrity of the election.
Proverbs 11:1 “A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is his delight.”
I ask that you bless those responsible for the election – the poll workers, election officials, and everyone involved. May they be guided by honesty, integrity, and a commitment to fairness.

I also pray for our leaders and those in positions of power. May they respect the democratic process and accept the election’s outcome with grace and dignity. May they work towards the common good, regardless of the election’s outcome.
Finally, I ask that you bless our country with wisdom, compassion, and unity. May we all come together to build a better and more just society, and may our democratic process be a shining example of what can be achieved when we work together toward a common goal.
I ask this in your holy name. Amen.
Proverbs 11:3 “The integrity of the upright guides them, but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them.”
Prayer For Voters to Elect Leaders Who Will Protect and Defend the U. S. Constitution:
Galatians 5:1 “For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.”
Faithful Father
Your hand has been on America since its birth. Your works are evident in the God-inspired U.S. Constitution. My heart is heavy because today, there is an assault on the document and the God-given freedoms you have given us. I come before you with a prayer for our nation and its leaders.
