Prayer to Send the Right Buyer for My Business:
Lord Jesus, you tell us in Philippians 4:6: “Be anxious for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
Faithful Father,
Praise you for the time you have provided with business ownership. You have been faithful through all the seasons. I now am ready to sell my business and move to a new season of my life. I come to you today to ask that you intercede in a successful sale of my business. <May insert the reason you want to sell it at this point>
Lord, I put my trust in You and ask that You give my business appeal and make it attractive to a buyer so that when they see it, the selling process goes smoothly. I am praying for the right buyer to take over my business. You know I have put much effort into the growth of the business. It has been an ordained work of your hands. It is my desire to have a believer purchase my business, a person who will continue the work and point customers to you.
I also ask that you provide the finances for the right buyer. With that in place, I know the closing of the sale will go smoothly and with favor. I block all attempts by the evil one to block a sale or hinder any steps in the process. Satan has no power over the sale of my business.
Lord, I know you will be glorified when the transaction is complete. It will be another opportunity to share the goodness of our Lord with all those I encounter.

Prayer to Set the Right Sales Price for My Business:
Psalm 32:8 “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.”
Father,
As I prepare to sell my business, I ask for your guidance and wisdom as I set the sales price for my business. I have analyzed my financials and have what I think is a fair selling price. I just don’t have peace yet. I am seeking you to confirm the price by giving me peace in my heart.
Please help me see the true value of my business and set a fair and just price for both myself and the future buyer. My lack of peace may be due to my attachment to the business I have built. If that is the case, please resolve that in my heart so that I can move forward with advertising the sale.
If I need to get a professional involved to help value my business, guide me to the right resources and experts who can help me gather the necessary information and data to make an informed decision. Give me the courage and confidence to negotiate with potential buyers in a fair and respectful manner.
Above all, I trust in your loving presence and infinite wisdom to guide me towards the best possible outcome. May this sale be a blessing for all involved.

Jesus
Thank you for being faithful to me through the start-up and operation of my business. I am ready to start a new adventure, and I desire to sell my business. I have been blessed with a number of people who are interested in the purchase. Jesus, I believe you have the perfect person to continue my business. I ask for your assistance in ensuring that the buyer is able to secure the necessary financing to make the purchase.
Please guide the buyer toward the right lenders and financial institutions that will offer him/her the support they need. Help the prospective buyer to present himself in the best possible light and to make a strong case for his ability to successfully operate the business. I pray that the financial picture I have provided to the prospective buyer is attractive to all lenders. Grant the prospective buyer favor each step of the way.

Please also help me to let go of any attachment or anxiety I may have about the outcome of this sale, knowing that everything will unfold in the way that is best for all involved.

Dear God,
I feel a bit overwhelmed with all the steps in selling my business. I know it is time; I just need you to walk me through each step so that no glitches occur. I come to you today seeking your wisdom and guidance as I seek to sell my business. I know that you have a plan for me and my company, and I trust in your goodness and faithfulness.
Please give me the clarity and discernment to make wise decisions as I navigate this process. Please send the correct people to help handle the paperwork and logistics. I seek all banking transfers and ownership records are done legally and according to the laws of the land.
I pray for your protection and provision for myself and all those involved in the sale. May it be a smooth and successful transaction that brings glory to your name.

Faithful Father,
The hardest part of selling my business is leaving behind my competent, faithful employees. I give them a large part of the credit for the success of my business through the years. I want to reassure them that as I speak with potential buyers, I am encouraging the new owner to retain as many employees as possible. I ask for your blessings and guidance for my employees during this time of transition.

Lord, please give my employees peace from any uncertainty or fear they may be experiencing. Help them to feel supported and valued, and guide them towards the right opportunities and resources that will help them to thrive in their careers. Please open the doors of opportunity for any employees the new owner doesn’t retain.

Faithful Father,
I need your help with my anxious heart. You have blessed me with a successful business and have provided for me through the growth process. I praise you for your constant faithfulness. I know in my heart it is time to sell the business so I can pursue other ventures. Right now, I feel overwhelmed with anxiety and uncertainty about what the future holds. Please help me find peace and calm in this moment of transition.
I ask that you guide me toward the right path and help me make the best decisions for myself and those affected by this change. Please grant me the strength and courage to face any challenges that may arise, and to trust in the journey ahead. I pray that as I pursue my next adventure, you will be with me all the way. I want to lean on you through each step. I am standing on your word that you will provide for all my needs mentally and financially in the years to come.

Lord Jesus
Thank you for being my partner in my business. You have abundantly provided for me through the years. It has been through your wisdom that my business has grown and prospered. I am turning a page in my life with the decision to sell the business. My prayer today is to sell my business quickly, and I ask for your divine intervention and guidance in making this happen.
Please bring the right buyer to me, someone who will appreciate the value of my business and see its potential. Help me to showcase my business in the best possible light and to find the right opportunities to connect with potential buyers.
Ephesians 3:20-21 : “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever.”
Please remove any obstacles or challenges that may be hindering the sale. Help me to overcome any doubts or fears that may be holding me back and to trust in the process.
