Prayer for Peace in God’s Direction in a Business Decision:
Then Jesus said, “Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear.” (Mark 4:9)
Lord Jesus, thank you for always listening to me. My desire is to hear your voice in all my daily activities. I have some decisions to make concerning my business. I am coming to you to ask that you transform me more to be like you—in a constant state of hearing from you. I’m not asking for guidance for a particular instance right now. I’m asking that you mold me into a believer who makes all decisions after hearing from you. Give me an ever-present peace as I make daily decisions.
I know there will be times I don’t agree with your guidance. Today, I am submitting my all to follow your leadership. I am confident that where you guide me, you will provide. Please let me find total peace in moving forward in following your voice. Place blocks are at every turn if I choose to go my way without submitting to your leadership. Make your paths clear as I lead my business.
I pray for a deeper walk with you and a growing knowledge of your Word. As you guide me, protect me. As you protect me, guide me. Knowing you as the Good Shepherd, I will know your voice. I pray you help me block out the world’s voices which seem to constantly bombard me. Jeremiah 29:13 says that if I seek you with all my heart, I will find you. That’s where I want to rest, hearing all you have for me. Through a daily infilling of the Holy Spirit, if am confident you will direct my steps. Help me be obedient in all that I hear from you.

Prayer Asking for God’s Guidance in Everyday Business:
Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.“
Dear God,
I want to hear your voice every day. Please slow me down from the day-to-day rush of leading my business so I deliberately hear from you. I come to you today seeking your wisdom and guidance every day for my business. I know that you have a plan for me and my company, and I want to align my efforts with your will.
Please give me the clarity and discernment to hear your voice and follow your direction. Help me to make wise decisions that honor you and serve my customers. Open my ears to your voice. Anytime Satan attacks with a voice contrary to your lead, block my ears so that no confusion comes upon me.
I pray for your protection and provision for my business. May it be a blessing to all those involved, and may it bring glory to your name.
I trust in your goodness and faithfulness, and I know that you will lead me on the path of success.

Romans 4:4 “Now to the one who works, his wages are not counted as a gift but as his due.”
Lord, I come to you today with a heavy heart. Every person is your creation. Because I know this, it is very difficult for me to follow through with the decision I have to make. You are aware of all things related to my business. Today, I ask for courage and strength to do the hard part of owning a business.
Please give me the words to say when releasing this employee from my employ. I want to be a good steward of my finances. This employee has chosen not to be a productive part of my company; because of this, it is not fiscally responsible to continue to employ him/her. I ask that you give me the words to say to further explain to him/her how her performance did not meet the standards of my company.
I pray you speak to this person about his/her work performance in future jobs. I also ask that you provide for his/her family while this employee is seeking employment with another business.
I ask in your holy name. Amen

Dear Lord,
My business is growing and I see a need to surround myself with wise counsel. I ask for your guidance and wisdom as I make important decisions about choosing an attorney and accountant. I pray for clarity of mind and an open heart, so that I may hear your voice and understand your will.
Please bless me with the discernment to recognize the right individuals for these important roles, who will serve me with integrity and compassion. Help me to trust in your plan and have the courage to follow it. You know my heart’s desire is to have Christian men and women be part of my business team. I trust that you will send me believers or those individuals who need to hear the Word of God.
I ask for your protection and blessings upon these professionals as they serve in their respective fields, and I pray that they will be guided by your wisdom and love.

Heavenly Father,
It seems as though I’m at a crossroads in growing my business. You have greatly blessed my business. Our customer base has grown steadily over the months and years. With more business comes more expenses. I come to you today seeking your guidance and wisdom on how to increase my cash flow. I trust in your provision and believe that you have a plan for my financial well-being. Show me innovative ways to cut expenses to help with cash flow.
I pray for clarity of mind and an open heart so that I may hear your voice and understand your will for me. Please give me the courage and determination to follow your plan, even if it is difficult or requires sacrifice. Give me direction and courage if it means having to let an employee go.
I ask for your blessings on my financial efforts and for the wisdom and skills to make wise choices and investments. Help me to be a good steward of the resources you have given me and to trust in your provision for my future.

I come to you seeking your guidance and wisdom as I determine salaries for my employees. I want to be fair and just in my compensation practices and to honor the hard work and dedication of my team.
I pray for clarity of mind and an open heart so that I may hear your voice and understand your will for me and my employees. Please give me the wisdom to consider all factors involved in determining salaries, including the needs of my business, the cost of living, and the market standards.
I ask for your blessings on my employees and their families and for your protection and provision in their lives. Help me to be a good steward of the resources you have entrusted to me and to make decisions that honor you and serve your kingdom.

Father, to help my business grow, I feel it is time to expand my advertising efforts. There are so many ways to advertise now, and I’m getting somewhat overwhelmed. I need your guidance in which methods will give me the best return on my advertising investment.
I come to you today asking for guidance and wisdom as I select an advertising platform. Please help me to have a clear understanding of the best way to reach my target audience and effectively promote my products and services.
Grant me the creativity and insight needed to create a marketing strategy that will bring success to my business and honor Your name. Let Your hand be upon my efforts and bless my endeavors so that others may see Your grace and provision in my life.
