Doing business in today’s business environment is getting harder and harder. I need to increase my profits to sustain my business and keep my employees employed. It’s with a humble heart that I come to you today with a prayer for guidance and strength as a business leader. I know that I have been given this responsibility for a reason, and I want to make the most of it. But I also recognize that there is much I still need to learn and improve upon.
I ask that you help me to become a more effective and inspiring leader. Help me to develop the skills, qualities, and knowledge I need to motivate and guide my team toward success. Help me to develop my team and create a culture where their focus is on profits also.
Also, guide me in identifying all areas I can address to make my operation more profitable. Show me ways to cut expenses, develop better supply chain routes, and increase customers. I need your guidance in developing a concrete short-term and long-term plan. Remove any hint of pride in me; I am ready to wholeheartedly submit to you and your guidance. Luke 14:11 “For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”
Finally, I ask for your blessings on my business and employees so that it may thrive and prosper under my leadership. May we achieve our goals and fulfill our mission while also contributing to the well-being of our community and our world.

Prayer for Team to Unify to Increase Profits in My Business:
Mark 11:24 “Therefore, I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted to you.”
Dear Heavenly Father, I have come to You today to ask for strength and blessings for my colleagues. I pray for the safety of my colleagues. May your protective presence protect them from all harm and danger, disease, and stress.
I pray that our employees increase their efficiency and productivity with the tools, supplies, power, training, support, and skills they need to get the job done. Lord, I ask that you increase profits in my business and lower expenses. Show me the best way to achieve both. I want to be a good steward of my resources and to pour more of my finances into Your Kingdom.
It is my prayer that my colleagues be blessed with team spirit, mutual respect, a spirit of cooperation, mutual help, and tolerance.
I pray for the care and blessings of my fellow family members. Give them peaceful homes, healthy relationships, and time to rest and rejuvenate.
Send your help with any personal issues they may be dealing with and heal all their ailments.
I pray that coworkers have a sense of ownership, satisfaction, and pride in a job well done. May their efforts be recognized and their faithfulness praised. May they be honored for their service and rewarded for their needs.
Above all, if there are any unbelievers, I pray they are ministered to in the workplace. I pray they see Jesus in the Christians. Help them see how much you love them. Pour out your spirit and may we live according to your golden rule of treating others as we would like to be treated. Thank you. Blessings on Psalm 90 for our work team today.

Heavenly Father, I praise you for the resources and talents you have given me to start and operate my business. I continue to give you all the glory for my successes. Today, I petition you to increase traffic and customers in my business. It is my desire to grow the business and am asking for your help.
Please bring the right people into my business at the right time, and help me build strong and positive relationships with my clients, employees, and partners. Give me the financial resources to expand the business you are going to grow. My vision for my business is blessings overflowing. Luke 6:38 “Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.”

Faithful Father
In running my business, it has become harder and harder to make a profit. Expenses are soaring. I need your guidance in finding ways to decrease them. I am struggling to find ways to cut costs and make my business more sustainable.
I pray you show me how to better and more effectively analyze my financial statements. Show me areas that I have the power to change. Lead me to a professional if that would be a better route to understand ways to change my business to be profitable.
Lord, show me creative and effective ways to reduce my expenses without compromising the quality of my products or services. Please guide me toward new opportunities and resources that will allow me to operate my business efficiently and effectively. I pray for the wisdom and courage to make the necessary changes, and to let go of any unnecessary expenses or habits that may be holding me back. Help me to be resourceful and innovative in finding solutions that will enable my business to thrive.

As I find ways to increase my business profits, one area I am considering is increasing my sales prices. I am really struggling with doing this because I know my customers are facing tough times with their finances too. I come to you in prayer seeking clarity and direction in this area. I want to make sure that I am making a sound decision that aligns with the best interests of both my customers and my business.
Please guide me toward the right timing and strategy for increasing my sales prices if that is what I am to do. Help me to be mindful of the needs of my customers and to ensure that the value of my products or services is always in line with the prices I charge. I also pray that you would bless my customers. Provide for their needs and pour out financial blessings on them.
I continue to pray for the wisdom and insight to make informed decisions that will benefit my business, my customers, and the community as a whole. Help me to be aware of market trends, economic factors, and customer feedback so that I can make adjustments when necessary.

Praise you for the God who supplies all my needs. You have been faithful through the years. Today I come to you seeking your provision in an area I have been struggling with. I have been analyzing my financial statements and see a trend of the cost of goods I get from my various vendors continually going up at a faster rate than I increase my sales prices. As I seek to provide the best products and services to my customers, I also need to ensure that I am getting the best possible pricing from my vendors. I need your favor as I move forward with negotiations.
I ask that you guide me in my interactions with these vendors so that I can negotiate effectively and fairly. Help me to communicate clearly and persuasively and to find common ground that benefits both my business and my vendors.
I also ask that you bless my vendors and help them understand the importance of offering competitive pricing in today’s marketplace. May they see the value in working with me, and may they be inspired to offer the best possible deals and discounts. May the power of the Holy Spirit touch the hearts of my vendors as we come to a mutual agreement on pricing. I pray for favor in all negotiations.
Finally, I ask that you bless my business with prosperity and abundance so that I may continue to provide high-quality products and services to my customers while also maintaining a healthy and sustainable bottom line.

Lord,
One area my business has not tapped into is social media. There are so many options that I have become overwhelmed as to which will give me the best return on my investment. I come to you today with a prayer for guidance and wisdom in using social media to increase sales and profits for my business. I recognize the power and potential of these platforms to reach new customers and build relationships with existing ones. But I also know that I need your help to use them effectively and ethically.
I ask that you guide me in developing a social media strategy that is aligned with my values and my business goals. Help me to identify the best channels and tactics to reach my target audience, and to create content that is engaging, informative, and relevant.
Grant me the creativity and inspiration to come up with new and innovative ideas that will set my business apart from the competition. And help me to use social media in a way that builds trust and credibility with my customers, rather than exploiting or manipulating them.
Father, help me identify the best employees to be on this team. Show me whether to use my employees to explore this advertising campaign or whether to contract with a marketing company for this expansion.
